Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is out now: Game Pass status and known issues

Known Modern Warfare 4 issues at launch

• Multiplayer loadouts may not save.
• Combat Record and Leaderboard statistics may fail to display.
• Some Xbox-on-PC players may be unable to launch Campaign or DMZ.
• An active Operator may lose Prestige progress in DMZ.

For the Xbox-on-PC Campaign and DMZ launch problem, Activision instructs affected players to check that Content Pack 1 is installed. Because support bulletins can be revised, players troubleshooting any of these problems should consult the official page for the latest acknowledged status.
