A reported notice on the UK Nintendo Store says stock of the sold-out Zelda 40th Anniversary collection will be replenished. However, Nintendo has not provided a restock date, an inventory quantity or a product-by-product schedule, and the regional notice does not confirm a worldwide restock.

Nintendo Life reported the wording from the UK store banner. Nintendo Insider also published the notice, while GamesRadar+ reported that it appeared on at least the UK and Ireland Nintendo Store sites.

What the reported Nintendo Store notice says

“The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Collection is currently sold out. We will announce when stock is replenished via the Nintendo Store app.”

The quotation is attributed to a Nintendo Store banner reported by Nintendo Life and Nintendo Insider. It was not issued as a formal Nintendo press release, and TheDashDouble has not independently captured the live banner.

For UK shoppers, the practical point is that Nintendo says it will announce replenished stock through the Nintendo Store app. The notice does not specify whether that means a push notification, a product alert or an announcement displayed inside the app. It also does not say that adding a product to a wishlist will guarantee an alert.

It lists The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Nintendo Switch 2 for 5 November 2026.

Those listings establish the announced lineup and release dates, but they do not provide a live measure of stock. They also do not establish a definitive product-by-product schedule for the replenishment described in the reported store notice.

Nintendo’s official UK page for the Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct provides additional background on the presentation and identifies Ocarina of Time for Nintendo Switch 2. The presentation predates the reported store notice and should not be treated as a restock announcement.

Has a Zelda 40th Anniversary restock been confirmed for the US?

No US replenishment has been confirmed in the evidence available. The reported UK wording explicitly says stock will be replenished, whereas the US wording reported by Nintendo Life only tells shoppers to check back soon. Those messages do not make the same commitment.

Buyers outside the UK and Ireland should therefore avoid treating the regional notice as confirmation for their own Nintendo Store. Retailer pages, reseller listings and general “check back soon” messages are also separate from Nintendo’s reported UK replenishment notice.
