The September 2026 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog does not arrive in one drop for US subscribers. Date Everything! became available on September 9, RuneScape: Dragonwilds and WWE 2K26 follow on September 15, Ball x Pit and Slitterhead arrive September 22, and three more Extra games are scheduled for September 29. In total, PlayStation announced eight games for both Extra and Premium members, plus Mega Man X Command Mission and Metro Redux for Premium. Here is the complete US schedule, including the required tier and supported platforms.

PS Plus September 2026 US release-date schedule

Sony’s September Game Catalog announcement says the lineup is available September 15 unless otherwise noted. The exceptions below come from PlayStation LifeStyle’s published regional schedule, which identifies the later US dates.

Sony identifies September 15 as the default date for the full lineup. The published US schedule reports exceptions for five Extra games but no separate US date for Mega Man X Command Mission or Metro Redux, so the September 15 baseline applies to those two Premium additions.

Available September 9

  • Date Everything! — PS5; Extra or Premium

Date Everything! is the earliest US addition in the September lineup. PlayStation LifeStyle’s regional schedule lists it as available in the United States and United Kingdom on September 9.

Available September 15

  • RuneScape: Dragonwilds — PS5; Extra or Premium
  • WWE 2K26 — PS5; Extra or Premium
  • Mega Man X Command Mission — PS5 and PS4; Premium
  • Metro Redux — PS4; Premium

RuneScape: Dragonwilds is a day-one Game Catalog release. Jagex says the game’s 1.0 version and PS5 edition launch on September 15, with access included for Extra and Premium subscribers that day. The PS Plus inclusion was also covered in TheDashDouble’s earlier report on RuneScape: Dragonwilds as a day-one Extra and Premium release.

Available September 22

  • Ball x Pit — PS5; Extra or Premium
  • Slitterhead — PS5 and PS4; Extra or Premium

These two games are exceptions to Sony’s general September 15 date in the United States. Their published US availability date is September 22.

Available September 29

  • Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound — PS5 and PS4; Extra or Premium
  • Dungeons of Hinterberg — PS5 and PS4; Extra or Premium
  • Sniper Elite: Resistance — PS5 and PS4; Extra or Premium

The final three Extra and Premium additions in the published US schedule arrive September 29.

Which PS Plus tier includes each game?

Extra members receive access to the eight main Game Catalog additions: Date Everything!, RuneScape: Dragonwilds, WWE 2K26, Ball x Pit, Slitterhead, Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, Dungeons of Hinterberg and Sniper Elite: Resistance.

Premium members can access all eight of those games. Sony’s announcement also lists Mega Man X Command Mission and Metro Redux in the separate Premium section. The announcement does not place either Premium addition in the Extra lineup.

These are catalog benefits tied to the relevant subscription tier, not separate game purchases. Continued access depends on an eligible membership and the title remaining in the catalog.

What has not been confirmed?

The cited announcements provide release dates but do not specify precise US unlock times. They also do not establish how long each game will remain in the catalog or whether DLC, deluxe-edition bonuses and other add-ons are included. For US subscribers, the confirmed planning dates are September 9, September 15, September 22 and September 29.
