Every Far Cry 6 Missions In The Region Of Yara

It’s been more than 5 months since the release of Far Cry 6 and I for one have been pretty impressed. Far Cry 6 is arguably the biggest and the most feature-packed of the entire Far Cry series. And If you haven’t been overwhelmed with missions (emphasis on side missions), then you are yet to experience the biggest and the most feature-packed side of the game. Meaning, that you haven’t really played the game. Hence, this Far Cry 6 mission list is created to lure you into exploring the game further and hopefully channel your gameplay better.

For starters, there are 106 missions scattered across the regions of Yara excluding Special Operations(missions). Yara has five regions and with each region, you can spend hours farming, crafting, and exploring without ever touching the game’s missions. However, when you’re ready to take missions, you might be amazed at how one mission almost always leads to another. Completing one escort mission may lead you to a location with three or more quest givers. Therefore, to help keep these missions in control, this far cry 6 mission list will break down each mission by its location. Keep in mind that Missions are divided into three categories: Operations, Yaran Stories, and Treasure Hunts.

Far Cry 6 Main Story Missions (Operations)

Far Cry 6 has a total number of 56 missions, each is marked with the asterisk symbol (*) unlock amigos. To beat the game’s main story, all you need is to complete all 56 missions. All these missions are scattered across every region of Yara. Therefore, to get from the Zamok Archipelago (Libertad HQ) to one of the Regions after the Prologue, you’ll need to fly or take a boat.

La Noche De La Muerte – This is the very first mission of the game immediately after the prologue. It can also be used as the game’s tutorial.

At first, the game will allow you to choose whatever region you wish to visit after Isla Santuario’s Operations, although Clara will guide Dani to Madrugada first. In this region, you can unlock your first camp and choose which stores to build after helping the Montero Family fight Jose Castillo.

The list of the missions below is set in the El Estes region. Here, it would be advisable to travel to the “Meet the Legends” objective marker either by boat or drive from Valle de Oro. This is because the coastal region of El Estes is occupied by an Anti-Aircraft Canon, therefore travelling by air won’t do it.

Far Cry 6 Yaran Missions/Stories

There are 29 Yaran missions in Far Cry 6. These missions are not necessarily related to the main story of the game, therefore you can skip them if you’re not going for a 100% completion. By completing Yaran stories, you will be able to recruit Bandido Leaders and unlock more Guerrilla Bases on the map. On the map, purple reticles indicate Yaran Stories. Far Cry 6 Treasure Hunts

Treasure Hunts, unlike the other mission types, usually indicate a section on the minimap for Dani to explore when the mission begins. Treasure Hunts allow players to farm materials or obtain new equipment and weapons. The objectives of Treasure Hunts’ missions aren’t as precise as Operations or Yaran Stories. There are 21 Treasure Hunts’ missions in the game and are represented by the exclamation (!) mark.

Far Cry 6 Special Operations

Special operations are represented by a white and blue star icon and all rewards are visible on the selection screen. Special operations can either be completed alone or in a co-op and can be unlocked by securing Guerrilla Camps and speaking to Lola. You will have to complete some of the game’s main quests such as “Meet Maximas Matanzas,” or “Meet the Legends.” After which you can find Lola and speak to her to start Special Operations. Take on special operations in Far Cry 6 to earn lots and lots of coins or as they know it in the game, Moneda.
