Where can you buy the Lisa DualSense direct from PlayStation?

Sony specifically confirms direct controller preorders through PlayStation in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

That is not a complete list of places where the controller may be sold. Sony says participating retailers globally will also carry it, but the company has not identified those retailers, listed every participating sales territory or explained how stock will be divided between its direct channel and retail partners. Buyers outside the named direct-sale countries will need to wait for local PlayStation or retailer announcements before relying on a particular store.

Sony describes the quantities as “highly limited,” but it has not published a production total, per-customer order limit, retailer allocation or restock plan. It also has not confirmed whether October 30 will apply identically in every participating retail territory.

What does the Lisa Limited Edition controller look like?

The controller uses Sony’s Chroma Pearl colorway, which the announcement identifies as Lisa’s personal favorite. Its touch pad features an illustration of Lisa’s bangs and eyes, while stars and “LL” lettering complete the collaboration design.

Sony’s announcement focuses on those visual details and does not identify any functional or technical changes. It therefore does not establish whether the limited edition differs from a standard DualSense in any way beyond the announced design.

The controller and merchandise have separate US schedules

The Lisa x PlayStation collaboration includes merchandise as well as the controller, but Sony has confirmed the merchandise rollout specifically for the US. The announced product categories include apparel, hats, tote bags, keychains, stickers and a DualSense carrying case.

What buyers should know before preorders open

If you are in one of the named direct-sale territories, the key date is October 2. US buyers have the clearest exception to the general local-time guidance: direct preorders open at 10 a.m. ET. Sony gives a 10 a.m. local-time start more generally, subject to availability.

If your country is not on Sony’s direct-order list, that does not necessarily rule out retail availability.
